We have a standard delivery charge which is £3.50 only in UK. For international orders please contact us via Email before placing an order.

As we are a small business we are currently taking paypal and bank transfers.

As all the orders are personalised we make the items per order, our turnaround time is 10 to 14 days, in some cases, you may get it sooner. If you require your package earlier please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Due to the item being personalised it is difficult to amend orders.  However, if the item has been ordered less than 12 hours ago we can amend or rectify the mistake before sending it off to our production. We urge you to contact us with your order number ASAP and we will try our best to resolve the issues that may arise.

Yes. When the order is complete you will receive a confirmation email confirming payment and a reference number to track your package.

We supply you with a tracking number, where you can track all of your items. Depending on the size of the order we use 2 courier companies such as Royal mail or Parcel force but on some occasions, we will use other courier services as required.

Don’t worry, it’s on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will be shipped from multiple location.  Should this be the case separate tracking numbers would be provided. If you have any questions or concerns please contact our customer service team for further assistance. We would be happy to help.

We appreciate your patience and apologise for any delay. While we aim to complete and fulfill orders on time, due to the impact of COVID-19 couriers are experiencing some shipping delays nationwide. Please keep an eye on your email for delivery updates.

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our office. Rest assured this would be handled appropriately and any inconveniences to you would be regrettable.  Contact our customer service team and bring this to our attention so that we may resolve the issue at the earliest opportunity.
